Friends

Well, after 3-4 days of scrapper's block I made this page for my forum competition themed "Friend or Family". This one is of friends. Team Sledgehammer are a group of mates (headed by Jimmy Shannon (Australasian Kickboxing Champ)) from Brisbane that we are really close to. Godmother is Simone, godmother to Nicholas through a funny turn of events.....and Best Friend is Danella, we have known each other for nearlly 10yrs and even after months of not chatting we get together and don't miss a beat. Here's to great friends in life!!

Australia Zoo

I was getting sick of doing just Nik pages so here is one of when we went to Australia Zoo early last year, I was six months pregnant at the time with big ass ankles, lol. I couldn't do an Australia Zoo (or as we call it Crikey Land) page without a tribute to Steve....at least he went out doing what he loved, we can only hope that is our way out.......

Not sure if I like this one yet, love the photos, not sure of the colors and embellishments etc, was playing around with shadow effects on the text and embellishments....think I have to work on it a bit

Nik's first month

I have just learnt how to add text in adobe photoshop, so I included some of the things Nik could do at 1mth old, and his superman sleeping pose. He loves his teddy, we call it BB, he still sleeps with it now and has since birth. I often walk in at night to check on him and find his arms locked around BB.

Birth day

I am going to be doing a page per month of his first year and this one is the start - his birth.....what an amazing day, sniff sniff....
